Welcome to the North Arlington office

Dr. Shannon Connolly D.C.

Dr. Shannon Connolly graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.  She also was a member of the top 10 Big East Division I field hockey team while at Syracuse.  
Her interest in sports and performance led her to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition.  She also is a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honors Society.  While in chiropractic school, she concentrated on sports medicine, rehabilitation, and nutrition. 
Dr. Connolly also has certifications in RockTape (performance and postural taping), FAKTR (instrument assisted soft tissue), and Webster Technique (prenatal care/breech pregnancy).  She continues to stay up-to-date in her current field with post graduate seminars in spinal rehab, nutrition, and human performance.  Dr. Connolly is an evidence based practitioner, using well researched and proven therapies and techniques to provide the highest quality of wellness care to her patients. 

In her spare time, Dr. Connolly remains active in running in marathons, half marathons, cycling, and CrossFit.  She is currently training for the NYC Marathon in November with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.   

Dr. Andy Roy D.C.

Dr. Roy has always had a passion for health and wellness. He enjoys working with athletes and people of all ages trying to improve performance. He was a nationally ranked division 1 wrestler for Rutgers University. Dr. Roy graduated pre-med from Rutgers University and attended Palmer Chiropractic School where he graduated magnum cum laud. He sustained many injuries in college and the medical treatment he receive led to poor outcomes. This persuaded Dr. Roy to veer off the medical path and focus on natural healing. He chose to go to chiropractic school after going through chiropractic care and seeing amazing results in maximizing his performance and minimize injury.

Dr. Roy also has a passion for nutrition and enjoys attending frequent seminars to stay up to date on cutting edge nutrition and treatments. He is certified to perform nerve conduction and electro-diagnostic tests. He continuing education is extensive in sports injuries, neurology, nutrition, and detoxification. Dr. Roys goal is to improve the quality of life of every patient and change lives.

When he is not in the office Dr. Roy enjoys working out and spending time with his wonderful wife Clara and his 3 son's Braxton and Dalton and Ethan.
